all very friendly & helpful
I was looked after great would not say needed improvement
Staff were extremely attentive and helpful. I received really good care throughout my whole stay, especially in the delivery suite.
Only thing I would improve is a better explanation of when to call for help ( press the button etc) when you arrive on the ward for example to let them know when you start ad finish feeding. I myself don't really like asking for help so I was left to my own devices a bit if I'd have known what the midwives needed to check re feeding might have been able to be discharged sooner.
But other than that no complaints really happy with the care i received.
The people who I saw in hospital at the doctors and health care visitor were fantastic and made me feel like they cared about me and my situation. First day checks were not done on the first day and our concern was not taken fully onboard until 5 days after birth which should have been sooner
Immediate care after C-section was excellent. Midwife was very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. All care following has been very good.
Every concern I had (weight gain/ breast feeding) was dealt with immediately and if required, extra, support was offered.
Pretty of advice
Lots of support and the home visit great. Questions answered and I felt comfortable asking all the question. After giving birth, I did feel that the midwives were very busy and didn't have time for me.
made to feel at ease
